In Blues lore, the crossroads is a place of immense importance. It is said that there, Robert Johnson, King of the Delta Blues, sold his soul to the devil at midnight in exchange for his extraordinary guitar talent. He quickly achieved fame and a lasting legacy, but unfortunately, also died quite young, becoming the first member of the infamous “27” club.
Our version of “The Crossroads” is much less nefarious. Each month, we’re meeting some of our local friends from other scenes to make some magic! Every month will have different faces and a different flavour, but you can be sure you’ll always get a healthy dose of Blues! At the Crossroads!
